He's Growing....

I happen to weigh Sebastian the other day, as I noticed his cloth diapers getting sung on him.....(Mind you they go up to 13lbs), and he was 10.5lbs....I thought to my self....HOLY COW!!!!!.........which explains his constant need to nurse, his clothes getting snug, and me having to find a different nursing position. He's a growing boy, I just can't wait to see what he will weigh when he goes to the Dr. on March 2nd. Here are a few pictures from today.....

One Month

So, I'm a little behind....or so I thought....thought I was right on track...but according to Sebastian's Growing Ticker, he's past month one old.......

I'm 4wks Old!

Oh my, where has the time gone....

My little boy is 4wks old....

Sebastian has changed so much over these past few weeks....hard to believe 4wks ago I was still pregnant with him...........

I love this expression on his face.....

Can't wait to see what the next few weeks bring.....

Hard to believe over 3 wks have gone by since Sebastian came into the world, and brought joy onto all those that have held him. Saffron and I took Sebastian to the Dr. this morning for a check up. He's gaining weight and length!.....8lbs 10oz and 21 3/4inches......I am enjoying being a mother of two, takes a little juggling of time, but I would not trade it for anything.....

A trip to see Great Grandma......

We got a chance to see Great Grandma twice while Derek was off of work...I hope to be able to make a trip there once a month on my own. Saffron enjoys the Grandma time!

When You Gotta Grow, You Gotta Grow

This is a sad post...so grab a box of tissues...

My son, my 17 day old, no longer fits into newborn diapers.....

"NOOOOOooooooooooooooooooooo, I want to be forever young mommy!"

I know Sebastian, I feel your pain......


I have been using the G diapers (cloth) since his cord fell off, but I use disposables at night for an easier diaper change for me...maybe that will change when he sleeps in his crib at night, and I have a real changing station next to his bed. I used the last new born one last night, and noticed they were getting quite snug, so I opened up the package of size 1 Huggies Natural diapers this morning, and they fit him quite nice, I thought they would be big on him......(sigh), my little man is growing up......
