Sweet Potato Sebastian

Like Mother, like Son, like Grandpa......... Yup, we are a sweet potato loving family.... I gave Sebastian that for lunch, and he ate..........the..........whole..........thing!!!!

Food Etiquette 101

There comes a time in every little mans life, when he must take that first step towards feeding himself. I guess I just did not think it would happen so soon. I took some pictures of Sebastian trying to feed himself, it was very cute to see.

"Ya man, I mean mom..............my motor's revved, my tummy's hungry, let's get this meal started!!!"

"I'm so hungry I could eat the strap of my highchair!"

"Yup (smack), pretty tasty goop you got here......"

Trial and Error

So far, the solid food thing is going great with Sebastian......
well, till you hit the vegetables that is.....

Four Months

Wow, really four months....
I can hardly believe my eyes and ears.....
So many things have changed since Sebastian's 3 month post, and I'm sitting her trying to think of all those things and record them on his Blog.

1) Sebastian is getting much, much better at rolling over. He does not stay on his back long, before he wants to roll onto his tummy.

2) Sebastian has been eating rice cereal for the past few weeks. He loves it! I did try bananas but he spits those out, so for now, I will just stick to the cereal!

3) He is sleeping much better through the night (great for me), but I think the fullness from the cereal has a lot to do with it!

4) Last time I weighed him he was close to 14lbs! Way to go Sebastian!!

5) He's going into 9 month clothes....sigh.....(anyone want some new clothes?)

6) He loves his bath. He splashes even more than Saffron.....but he keep his water in the tub!

7) His hair is coming in quite nice, blond on the top, and brown on the sides....hum............

8) He's still doing well in the cloth diapers, but we will see once he's mobile....

9) He's starting to show signs of wanting to crawl!!....(another post)

I'm sure there is more......but for now, here's my 4 month old!!!!

"Not sure how many more posts you expect me to stay next to my dump truck...just ask my cousin Eddie!!!"

"Oh ya......I'm cute and I know it!!"

As I look back at the first few posts of his life, he sure has grown up fast.....it won't be long before he's crawling then walking, then.......................

Roll Over, Roll Over

Sebastian has reached another milestone, a big one I may add, in his new born life.....he's rolling over now from being on his tummy. No more frustrated screams from his stomach during Tummy Time. All he needs to do if he's tired is to roll over! I figured no one would believe me, unless I caught it on camera.
